Evangelism Explosion ministry hits Morogoro town in Tanzania! over 50 pastors and church leaders are trained and equipped in evangelism and discipleship and are ready to start EE in their home towns and villages.

A team of 6 EE leaders led by the EA Regioanal Director Mr. Kyle Davis drove for 16 hours one way to get to Morogoro! It was worth the effort as more than 257 people heard the Gospel and well over 68 prayed to recieve Christ during the three OJT visits contacted.

Back in 1959 my wife, Anne, and I arrived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to pastor our first church. Meeting in a school, we saw our congregation’s attendance decline during the first nine months from forty-five to seventeen people. Then God, using a man named Kennedy Smartt, taught me how to do personal evangelism. My life has never been the same.

In 1962 I taught evangelism and gave my first trainees —Anne Kennedy, Victor Wierman, and Freeman Springer—on-the-job training. Anne, Victor, and Freeman led their first souls to Christ and Evangelism Explosion was born!

Many Christians have a real desire to be able to share their faith effectively, naturally, and graciously.

Evangelism Explosion's main purpose as a ministry is to help churches to train and equip their people to do exactly that!  To learn a way to share their faith with others in a friendly, non-confrontational manner, and to assist people who are searching for a faith.

The ministry program is inexpensive, sustainable, and it simply works well in local churches.  The EE ministry provides training and training materials to pastors, evangelists, and lay trainers in local churches in order to allow them to carry on an ongoing and growing ministry of evangelism in churches.

Our primary method of equipping church leadership is through a "Leadership Training Clinic."  This 5 day training event teaches the EE approach, and provides training in administering a sustainable local church personal evangelism ministry.  Once the pastor and / or church leader is trained at a Leadership Training Clinic, he / she then returns to their local church to implement the ministry there at the local level.

And EE Kenya will be there to help you start the ministry programme effectively.

Evangelism Explosion Kenya holds Kids EE training clinics in Kenya with Churches and Ministries as well as schools, where teachers and children's workers are trained in Kids' EE Ministry.

The purpose of Kid's EE is to glorify God by:

• equipping adults worldwide to teach children the Gospel, and to
• clarify the Gospel for children
• bring them to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, and
• assist them to become witnesses for the Lord Jesus Christ
