Evangelism Explosion was very well represented at the Global Pastors Network Conference held in Johannesburg, South Africa in November.

Representing EE were John Sorenson, Executive Vice President of EE International, Dr. Ron Tyler, International Vice President for Africa, Agrippa Dube (EE Zimbabwe), Pastor Don Phillips (EE South Africa Chairman), and Twakkies Du Toit (EE South Africa) spone several times about the EE ministry.  There were 36 different African nations represented, and hundreds of church leaders from all over the continent were exposed to the EE approach to equipping for outreach.

Global Pastors Network (GPN) is a global network of pastors, founded by Dr. Bill Bright, the late Founder and Chairman of Campus Crusade for Christ, and Dr. James Davis, Founder of Cutting Edge International.

Evangelism Explosion is partnering with GPN, as are many other leading Christian speakers and ministries, to deliver audio and video content, webcasts, chat sessions, newsfeeds, sermons, and other relevant content for the equipping and training of pastors worldwide.

GPN Board Member Reinhard Bonke says, "It's the kind of goal that is too big to ignore and too big to accomplish alone!"

This association is focused solely on the goal of hastening the fulfillment of the Great Commission by planting five million churches to win one billion souls to Christ within the next 10 to 15 years.
