How EE Training WorksPastors and church leaders are equipped in an intensive five-day EE Leadership Training Clinic. These church leaders or Teacher/Trainer; then implement by training others in a Semester Training Term in their local church usually for 14 weeks of 3 hour-weekly sessions. Actual On- The-Job-Training (OJT) takes place each day after the class time in a clinic setting and each week during the Semester Training. Teams of three (a trainer and two trainees) go on visitation in evangelistic outreach. During the first few OJT visits, the trainer is in charge, but halfway into the training, the trainee is able to lead the entire Gospel Presentation. This “step-by-step learning” allows the trainee to be confident in presenting the Gospel. The trainee graduates as a “Trainer”. They can lead in training others during the OJT and homework check and other assistance. In order to teach EE in the church, the Teacher/Trainer can send them to an EE Clinic. Through discipleship and followup of new converts, churches that faithfully do the EE training experience tremendous growth both spiritually and numerically. Evangelism Explosion team is available in following up those trained in clinics and do help them in starting their EE ministry in the local church. The Teacher/Trainer has material enough to start training two people. After graduating he/she purchases from EE office more material for the next class of 6 people; the 3rd class will be 18 trainees; and the multiplication continues. An EE trained person brings two people to be trained too! Keeping the chain. This process of multiplication enables the EE Ministry to reproduce year after year in a local church. |
